because were not the only coin holders in the market !... imagine an exchange market with 3000 traders!, the market is not that small

In trading not everyone make profit.This is normal and everyone is aware of this rule.Only those who showed too much greed lose.
I have a question for pumpmycoin.On your website it says :
"Our team will pick 1 of these 5 altcoins and start boosting its price and maintain its uptrend as long as we can."
So your team only know which coin out of these 5 would be pump and we users either have to invest in all 5 or choose one to try our luck.If we by chance pick the coin that you will pump,then we will make profit and if we picked up any other coin,we would make loss.It is more like a gamble for us to pick the right coin.Is it true?

our team will announce and pump only the most voted coin in our Private members Votes.  
but your membership will decide how many results you will see at the end of the vote...
premium members will see only 1 result which is the most voted coin.. which is the coin that will be pumped. for Ex... (Creva Coin)
Advanced members will see the top 3 most voted coins ... Unsorted results. for Ex (Putin-Creva-Swing)
standerd members will see the top 5 most voted coins..Unsorted Results. For Ex (Swing-VTC_Creva-Insane-Putin)

This part on our website (About us) will be updated and described briefly with the our next update..
the upcoming updates will include the Notifications system which will allow us to communicate with the members during the pump by broadcasting real time messages to all of our members.
also the the upcoming update will include enabling the private voting and the payment system.

when a small group of ppl pump a coin this called Pump and dump, when they push the price up high using fake news or fake rumors then sell all of thier coins dumping the price to the ground again, thats the typical scam scheme. on the other hand in pumpmycoin were not intending to dump coins because simply the scheme will be normal trading environment many traders buying and selling their coins.   
in our community you will get the chance to know when we will start buying the coin but you will be free to sell your coins at any time... so there will be no dump scheme.

Although it is the rule of manipulative market that every pump is follwed by a dump.
If you want to prevent immediate dumping,you must only pump the established coins which seems not the case looking at the voting list of coins.
Anyway this is something new and seems you are quite determined.
Would be glad to join in your next pump.

I think that unnecessary further delay will eventually kill the project.It would be good if we have 5000 active premium members but even 3k+ is not bad for a start.

3k members are already good to start this project since the target is to make some good movements with the alts project, if OP can start it for a trial basis and see if what would be the impact even 5k members is not yet been achieve,.

There are different pump groups working with only 100 - 200 members but they are doing their pump well.
But you have More than 3.4 k members , so you should start your project early .
If you won't do this then existing members may forget your project.
So do start your project as soon as possible.
