Two more questions :
1.Premium members will vote for 5 coins for obvious reasons but why would general public vote for any coin unless they have some incentive to vote?
2. Wouldn't it be better if 1 coin out of 5 is also decided by premium members through voting and not by PMP management?.
This will ensure transparency and fair play as PMP management could buy "to be pumped" coin in bulk before revealing the information to members

i hop that i got your questions right, if not please correct me.

all type of members whether premium or stander are allowed to vote for 1 time only in public votes, in private vote all type of members are allowed to vote for 1 coins only as well (which is not visible yet since we didt enable the private voting system on our server yet)

regarding the 5 coins...
 
Premium members will see 1 result only after the private vote is done.. (Paid Service)
Advanced Members will see 3 results (Paid Service)
Standered members will see 5 results (Free Service)

The Voting process is the only factor that decides the choosing coin.

i cant say i approve of you necroing dead threads and generally spamming the altcoin section with this, but its cool just dont get yourself banned ;p

what exchanges will this go down? i assume across as many as possible for maximum liquidity?  all i can say is if any of the pumps rely on yobit, we will get fucked, they will shut down the wallets and generally make sure THEY are the only ones who succeed on that front. ;/

we choose the 200 coins for the public vote based on their recent trading volume and order book on yobit so we dont select a dead coins, mean while we need to inform the community of those coin about it, so some people are mad cause they got bad history with these coin,This is not our problem. if the dev requested to remove his coin from our vote we will gladly do it for him as we did with AquariusCoin however this coin was in the 13th place with 43 votes at the time we removed it.
however alot of dev was great full that we added their coins to our vote as well.
In this project its gonna be always the members who decides things via their votes, if we got many complains from our members regarding a specific exchange we will definitely make a vote for it to choose another one.
members count will be the power of this community, that's what are working on right now.

We might start before we reach 5000 member but in this case we would raise the minimum voting contribution to be more than 0.002 BTC.  the strong factor of this community will be the members count, thats why i prefer to wait till 5K members.
