SUMMARY:
- Anonymously.io support is very slow and terrible
- Anonymously.io cannot transfer a domain in
- Anonymously.io is not able to provide DNS services for domain names bought from them on their own VPS'.
- Anonymously.io refuses to issue refunds for non-service

*** WARNING: DO NOT USE, ANONYMOUSLY.IO is terrible, incompetent and a complete ripoff ***

FULL REVIEW:

One would think a site using the 'ANONYMOUS' moniker and Guy Fawkes mask as their logo would have great handling web and hosting services. This is far from the case; and is  extremely disappointed in the service I've received with anonymously.io.

I have my own dedicated servers running multiple VPS and shared hosting and have none of the issues I have faced with anonymously.io.

My first issue arose when I tried transferring my domain m****.** to anonymously.io; after months of waiting I was told that it cannot be done with no reason given.
Please see the screenshot (read from bottom to top): https://i.imgur.com/7nPVBbH.png

I asked for a month or two of hosting refund or credit and got no reply.

When trying to get support and refund, i got hit with extra charges for late payment despite repeatedly contacting support with no response.

I then bought another domain v***********r.*** (at 3x the normal price).

After trying to get the domain I purchased through anonymously.io work with their own VPS, I contacted their support, whose response was "Get cloudflare":
Please see the screenshot (read from bottom to top): https://i.imgur.com/dOm4Sz4.png

Additionally, their color scheme is so bad that a lot of the text is unreadable.

After showing Anonymously.io that I was serious about posting my review and screenshots-- they did the following:
- Told me that i did not contact them while i was waiting on the transfer to happen
- Called me a 'little bitch' -- thats their support and customer service right there?
- Refused to issue me a refund
- When i pointed out that a VPS was useless without a domain, and not being able to transfer a domain or use their DNS service is substandard they agreed to a refund if I removed my reviews.
Please see the screenshot (read from bottom to top): https://i.imgur.com/7jw88M7.png

After seeing how serious i was, they told me that I was not being 'nice' and to be 'kind' and 'competent'-- this after they ignored me, refused a refund and called me a 'little bitch'.
Please see the screenshot (read from bottom to top): https://i.imgur.com/bz2WVoR.png

Anonymous domains is a blatant ignorance, possibly a lie too. Every domain registrant has to provide their details as per ICANN rules, the custodian of domain name. One can give a false information and register a domain but risks the chance to get his/her domain cancelled. As a registrar you had agreed with the explicit terms to keep a record of registrants, so you are blatantly violating the clause and risk your job as a registrar yourself Grin
Moreover, there are certain tld where the registrant has to provide documental evidence of the registrant.
So, in a nutshell, you are claiming something impracticable Grin
