Hi,
I'm trying to move my Bitcoin installation to a different drive.
I have Bitcoin-Core 0.13.1 data saved to drive E:\ though the application is installed on drive C:\
It opens and syncs with the network fine.
I am unable to open ArmoryQt now (also installed on drive C:\) though after I changed the Bitcoin directory location it gives me the following error:

I have tried creating a shortcut to the desktop and adding the –satoshi-datadir= with the path to drive E:\ but it doesn't help, I can't get passed the permissions issue.
Edit: Armory will open if I open it in --offline mode but if I try --skip-online-check I get the same error...
Edit 2: I got Armory to open by changing the permissions on the bitcoin.conf file to my Administrator account
Now Armory opens but I get the following error:

Edit 3: Deleted Armory database folder and had it recreate it... works now
