OK, here is how I currently see it.... You already got a bargain with SWIM's generosity for being late "That's on SWIM" as the Logs say, now you are hinting towards it is SWIM's fault due to air-postal service delays after being posted or maybe a customs seizure ?
Anything that happens after postage "Is not SWIM's fault", it could even be your neighborhoods little shit going through peoples letterboxes.
Waiting is the only thing that can be done at the moment.
Also I think I should mention that when purchasing things from overseas it can take a variable amount of time to get to the postal destination, on average it takes 4 weeks, sometimes it can take up to 3 months !
