I moved some bitcoin yesterday and it hasn't been confirmed. It seems to have been broadcast as I can see that it was sent on the receiving account, but it still has no confirmations.

Is it because I used a slightly older Electum wallet (2.5.4)? Will it confirm eventually or is it not going to happen?
Any tip in Electum (now 2.7.12) for how I can push/re-broadcast the transaction? Or even cancel it.

You're tx seems to have gone trough fine because I'm able to find it on blockchain.info, however your fee is only +-45 satoshis/byte which is lower than the current recommended amount of +-80 sats/byte http://bitcoinfees.21.co, especially during highly congested times like these with 26k unconfirmed txs.
