This is dbix wallet problem. I had that same problem a few times. Your wallet isnt synced yet.
What i did was, to let the wallet on for few hours, and then restart it every few hours. When it finds a peer, it will start to sync.

i've been mining for like an hour it shows my correct hashrate 49mh but it says 0 workers i think this is easy thing to fix on the website
the second thing it shows 0 balance

EDIT : Balance now shows earning nice
the mobile app is really cool i love it !

Hi,

"0 workers" you need to add workername on your miner

For balance, after pool found 1 block, you need to wait 20 blocks to see balance on your stats page:

"immature balance" is for recently found block, not yet reached maturity
then it goes to "pending balance", until it reached 0.2
then the 0.2 transferred to your wallet and added to "total paid"

Hi, I have two workers on dbix.pool.sexy the hashrate is correct but stats show only one worker ( ID 0). I'm using Claymore miner.

whats wrong with dbix pool, i am sending 88mh/s but the reported hashrate is only 58mh/s?

where is the other hashrate? since i have 3 gpu rig with 29mh/s each, only 2 reported the other one is not.

please fix your pool... people are losing income on this one.
