Read the Paypal TOS.
If they catch you they will take your money and close your account.

It says they forbid any usage with any type of virtual currency.
So don't say i did not warn ya

Maybe try using LocalBitcoins with some other form of payment.
I used the service before and it worked well for me.

Localbitcoin is going to be your best option if you won't want to risk using your paypal account. Using paypal will only reveal your identity, avoid using it to someone here. You can also use bank account on kraken.com

if you have verified paypal you cant buy bitcoin legaly cause paypal will block your account..but you can use LCB, try to buy small amount

By the way i am not just saying that earlier..
I actually found out the hard way
It was the most infuriating experience with any company i ever had in my life.
It got dragged on for close to 3 months and in the end i had to admit guilt.
I also had to admit my guilt in writing and have it notarized by my lawyer.
Even then at no point did they even vaguely imply i would get my money back if i did that.
I simply had to do it or they said.. bye bye.
Afterwards they gave me my money back but not all users are lucky like i was.

I sent the min amount from BTCe twice in late 2013 ..my grand guilt LOL

Paypal can ban your account anytime for this kind of currency exchange, So becareful doing this kind of transgections.
You should not buy from websites, try finding a local seller who is able to sell, or find Bitcoin websites they adds Bitcoin from credit card dollars as well.
