Based on this: https://www.coinexchange.io/network/peers/MOJO, peers use version Mojocore:2.4.5.x, so it means coinexchange.io still uses MojoV2.

Not sure why the developer let coinexchange.io have the market open and did not notify them to close it, so people do not get confused. That is lame. coinexchange.io is not Yobit, they could have been responsive if notified accordingly. I think developer needs to contact coinexchange.io urgently, and I believe it would be fair for dev to reimburse the user posted above for the coins he lost there.

I also believe it would be fair for the dev to reimburse the user, as something like this should not happen.

That's what they told me from support of CoinExchange.io

Hi -

The MOJOv2 chain is no longer active.

We will upgrade to MOJOv3 in the next couple of days.

Regards

email: support@coinexchange.io

It seems that they consider that they have sold me version 2 - and they do not bear any responsibility for this.

How much did you buy? and if they change over you will get your V3 coins so maybe wait a day or two and if there is a problem, then come back to us here and we will deal with it.

I bought 3766 coins.
I wrote again in support coinexchange.io, asked to solve the problem.
Thank you for the hope of returning the coin.

In short, PoSv3 means that there is no stake time and so you need to run the wallet 24/7 to have a chance to get a stake reward. In the old system you could just open your wallet from time to time to get a reward. Also, we have a reward of 2 MOJO per block static so no % per annum.

Yes it is but we have gone through some changes from that point on and we are at version 3 now which is closer to what we imagined early on. It has taken us a while to get here. We got distracted along the way but we learned from that.

that is totally not the same what i thought mojo will be. "to have a chance to get a stake reward" really?

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/mojo3/#!extraction

In short, scam!! now mojo is your private coin, who the hell will hold such amount of coins 1000000 or 500000 mojov3 after swaps? who will earn all stake? WHO will invest in this "system"?  im here since May, its about a year, your idea and development is terrible, awful!

I think your assessment is wrong. Livecoin swapped near 100 mill. coins for V3 coins so the vast majority of the coins are with investors and not with us.

The top rich list address: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/mojo3/address.dws?1607.htm is Livecoin and the address the swap funds were deposited to. Are you accusing Livecoin of running a scam operation? Obviously people may hold any amount of coins, be it 500,000 or 123,456 coins.

As with every project, you choose if you want to invest.

I think i`m not wrong.

-majority of the coins are with investors and not with us.
investors like delegates in Lisk? friends of dev team. and devs.

-people may hold any amount of coins, be it 500,000 or 123,456 coins.
500 000 is 5 000 000 mojo v2. I don`t think there are people who kept such amount broken coins. it is mojocoin, not another coins. that coin not worked at all, for a long time.

-As with every project, you choose if you want to invest.
Right bro, i supported coin x11 with masternodes called mojo. with fair pos, that has time frames. look at darkcoin(dash) nowadays. but now your Mojov3 is rubbish, sorry who likes one.

Back to mojo & mojov2, many people who invest are out because nothing worked normal. you started pow, swaps, cancel masternodes, you bought many coins(masternodes) from first investors. and talking that coins not with you?

V3, you even write nothing about new pos model at the first page, mate.

Look at explorer Extraction > Staking Addresses

The MOJOv3 blockchain and code is designed to allow for the development of higher level apps using C# on the Microsoft .Net framework and further app testing via custom private chains. The private chains are made possible by MOJOv3 having activated the regression test mode inherent in the latest Bitcoin core code base and also incorporated into MOJOv3. This is essentially a confined testing environment where blocks can be generated more or less instantly on demand to create private rMOJO coins with no real-world value. This gives the ability to develop, test and deploy apps with greater efficiency as testing can be done under different environments without having to interact directly with the live block chain.

MOJOv3 will adapt a three-pronged approach to app development on the blockchain. The MOJOv3 blockchain will form the basis for the underlying value and provide the token that will fuel the apps running on top the MOJOv3 blockchain. MOJOv3 will provide an application development interface to interact with the blockchain. We will also work to create a library of simple functions that can be incorporated into the top application layer. We will propose a new way of implementing a total MOJOv3 coin reduction through a “proof-of-burn” strategy via side chains associated with top layer apps.

This will allow us to go back to where we began and start thinking about Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications and mobile gateways / control applications responding to events on the blockchain. In the next update, we incorporate side-chains and “sub-crypto” bootstrapping that will allow custom functional chains to be created on demand by top layer apps.

We have enlisted the assistance of some new team members and further details will be published

For what it's worth, I have managed to hold on to my Mojo through the whole 1->2->3 ordeal. Now the coin finally has stable code lets hope the dev will soon explain his strategy to implement the above "side-chain" and "proof-of-burn" plans.

Also, I haven't made sense of the 2 coin stake reward yet - a 2 coin reward and 5 minute blocks... that makes a total of 2*24*12 = only 576 coins generated daily by the whole network, yeah? If that's right then coins would need to become worth a whole lot more to make staking financially profitable, correct?

It gives 2 MOJO per block so no % as such.
