So yeah as simply as my post title could be i do BUY and SELL locally even when i do only accept cash i've been getting more and more request of some of my clients asking me if i could take Money Orders charging an extra fee which looks tentative the thing is with cash with is obvious it stays in my hands but when it comes to Money Orders i will have to deposit them on my business account for then pulling up the cash which i always though this would like suspicious and i just don't like calling the attention i though about getting legal advise for this but i can't come up with a number to call to since my doubt is kinda odd we are talking about MoneyOrders and bitcoin on the same title so the real question is lets leave the fact that the money orders could be counterfeit since i will wait them to clear before paying my clients but if i start talking high amounts we are talking about 10K + in a weekly basis you guys think i could get in trouble? Thanks in advance or if someone could give me the proper way to do this i would highly appreciated it.
