I'm miss voting competition that usually held on Mintpal. From that exchanger, I got more bitcoin at early stage when I know bitcoin which is better than I gain from free faucet

Their interface is simple and Mintpal consider as great exchanger and able to compete with other great exchanger like poloniex and bittrex ( On that time )

Cryptsy died with my coins, why should I miss it Huh If it were well worth it in the first place, then it ought to have practiced sound business etiquette and management, but no they were bunch of rouges. I however do not cry for spilled milk, it is gone, it is gone - the future holds better and life goes on!

I'm not missing any of dead exchanges. As I remember I didn't used any of exchanges which died later (maybe I used one of these for few times, but can't remember). I'm lucky, because I wasn't scamed. I even somehow avoided Cryptsy.

Ugh, that totally sucks.  Cryptsy is the one I miss--I didn't use any of the others.  I didn't own any bitcoin when Mt. Gox was active, and the rest of the exchanges always seemed too shady to me.  But I was fond of Cryptsy.  And I do miss Circle!!

To be frank I do not miss any exchange. If they ceased to exist then it means they fucked up something along the way, most likely endangered money/bitcoins of their customers.
I am grateful that fallen big exchanges: Mt.Gox, Cryptsy, Bitfinex (still operational, but failed nonetheless) gave people the idea that their Bitcoins are not safe in any online deposit.
Fortunately I never lost any coins because exchange fail/hack/inside job.

I also got out before it went down. Had finally moved to Poloniex because I liked their UI better.
Actually good that Cryptsy's UI was so terrible, otherwise I would have lost some coins there for sure.

Polo seem to be doing good at the moment, perhaps it is the U.S. thing and I see lots of guys trading with huge amount of coins. What could they be thinking, the exchange companies have been bad news for bitcoin and the cryptocurrency world at large and that makes regulation desirable, but how can regulation work with something that was meant to be decentralized? I hope the operators of exchange sites should understand what harm they are doing to the community and even those wishing to look in.

From the time when I came to join exchange I never heard about any exchange which I was using and gone dead the exchanges you are mentioning are new names for me but in my life with exchanges I found some issues with bitfinex but that is still alive and members are using it imo
