hello guys,
i send my bitcoin from www.triv.co.id to www.poloniex.com about 30 hours ago
but i still not received any btc yet
blockchain.info say "transaction not found"
my trx hash is 2ddd9be4beefe2675409c726b25540cd5c3e25c3cba4138a2cd178b44fc9b6b8
my wallet address 1Hkaj1mSdP3aV2Zw3tBdxKpQtcXMmyjPN7

what happen? where is my bitcoin  Huh Huh Huh
did i  lost my btc?

Contact triv.co.id support.  It's most likely a problem from their end.

i did sir, but they say there is nothing wrong with the system and they already send the btc completedly
im so confuse now

They are obviously lying or just wrong.  If they're right you'd find that transaction hash in block explorers and coins in your wallet.  You got that transaction hash from their site, right?  How much did you send?

yes i got the hash from www.triv.co.id, i sent 0.1 btc and im afraid to send more, so what should i do? call them back?

Yes, you should call them again.  Although users' reviews about them are mostly positive, it looks like they're quite new.  Hopefully you didn't get scammed.

Just share this blockchain link (https://blockchain.info/search?search=2ddd9be4beefe2675409c726b25540cd5c3e25c3cba4138a2cd178b44fc9b6b8) and ask about that any proof they can provide. That TX doesn't seen in the network.
