what are >>> more in depth features<<<?
how is MP handling or better expressed taking their cut from PvP games like Poker and Lotto as I understood exo is offering PvP games?
There are no advanced features. This should give you the tools to create just about anything you like. It's up to you to use your own creativity. I'm not sure about the exo question. how about some examples There are no examples of what the point of the feature is or description of what the feature actually is in this thread except "Buckets are an accounting feature which allows app owners to create more in depth features." But then he said to you there are no advanced features. The api docs don't give any details of what they are for either (just a heads up, some errors in doc regarding param names) It seems to be that an app can create a "bucket" to move funds into and transfer funds to players. I don't know why you need some new feature to do that though since you could always transfer funds to players right? I think the point is that as an app owner you can create "buckets" and name them like "Faucet" or "Btctalk promo". Then you fund them with the amount you wish to use for these promos. You then pay the faucet or promo from the bucket and then whenever you need to calculate your profit/loss you can see the expenses labelled by buckets. Like you would see you spent 1btc on faucet etc. That's just a theory based on the fact he said it was an accounting feature. IMO it would have just been easier in this case to have an extra description field on p2p transfers where you could specify the transfer was for faucet or whatever. Then allow you to view all transfers and group by description. But I'm probably missing something here. Maybe Craig will give a better example of what this if for and how it is useful.

JPR buckets can be used for anything you like. MP staff was talked about buckets several times in the based. Buckets can be used to create promos, pvp games, faucets, affiliate programs, bonuses, and just about any accounting feature you can think of that MP doesn't support natively. We designed this tool with the belief that we cannot create every feature an app owner may have requested. Instead, we have opened up the doors and allowed app owners to have a tad bit more control. Here is an example of a PVP game with buckets. Player 1 funds, Player 2 funds, Player 1 wins and gets all the funds. Now while the API might not support a game natively, its up to you to implement the game logic and use this feature as you choose.

I started using MP a few days ago because the faucet system was very neat, now the faucet is not working anymore and I have no clue how to swap things to the bucket system... I purchased a script but now it doesn't work anymore, seller doesn't want to update it How can I set up and use a bucket as faucet system? Any help is appreciated!

We will be providing more answers for App Owners and potential App Owners to better describe possibilities and capabilities for the bucket systems.
There will be no fee for features such as faucet, referral system, promotions, jackpots, and coupons. Please contact us if you are using the bucket system for other uses.
The best way to get the most information about it all as well as how it'll work if implemented for services, please get in contact with us directly via discord, skype, slack, or another communication channel.

I take the "0" as that MP doesnt take even one satoshi from PvP games. to be frank I am surprised if this is true. I don't see why you're surprised? MP doesn't control PvP games, and barely takes up any bandwidth for them (vs taking a dice bet), doesn't affect investors, and is hard to regulate. If they did, I'm guessing many apps would just use MP as a deposit system, like BitLegit did a while ago. It's easier for them to not take anything for both players, and app owners (that want to avoid the payment). Running a game like Poker, for example, requires a server from the game creator, so the cost is increased for them.

I am not a fortune teller but I see changes coming to the "0" cut/fee I am very satisfied with "0" fee

You mean the graphical interface? If so, yes... we have most of the graphics and css work already in place. I was talking about the homepage, a refresh would be good in my opinion. Otherwise, good work with MoneyPot 2.0!

Hi bigntall83, all RBIES balances/data are safe. The wallet will be open to deposit/withdrawal after Moneypot launch the new API version, which will allow R2B2 betting. - The BetterBets staff
