I blame myself for lack of support in last few days.  I'm in a different country and with our security measures, it's been a bit harder to gain access to certain accounts and get things done.

I think this might have to do with him being less active than usual.

just for info I had contact to the MP support by mail. not any big conversations but addys to sell RBIES against BTC

though it is very strange that not one of the owners care to answer withdrawal questions. Dogedigital seems to be on vacation in a strange country with no secure internet access but where are the other owners?

 Yeah I talked with the support on their discord channel, still waiting for my withdrawal, I do believe it will be resolved one way or another but a simple withdrawal taking this long is not a good sign at all, I feel like moneypot is getting worse by the minute, I have only used them as my only wallet for years now but I may end up changing soon if this keeps happening.


edit : It has been over 4 hours now and I still can't MY MONEY out of their wallet. Worse part is, when they can, they will just go "oops sorry here you go" and I will be stuck here with just a "sorry" and carry on with my life. I know that in 2 hours if I can't get my money out, I will NEVER use moneypot ever again, will have to find a new wallet. Wherever you are or whatever you are doing, if there is a CRISIS like this, you gotta either help yourself (the admin) or at least appoint someone who can take care of stuff like this, otherwise your users are just stuck here waiting for your pleasure!!! %100 unprofessional, definetly puts a HUGE shadow over moneypots day to day operations.

Is it so hard to top up hot wallets? I thought it will take a maximum couple of hours if one pay a sufficient fee for the transaction. It may be due to lack of interest in running the site. I actually withdraw my funds a few months back when I noticed that investments on this site no more attractive for investor point of view.

In this particular case we had a large amount withdrawn from the hot wallet. We had to wait until certain team members were available to sign the transaction from our multisig wallet.
