Bitcoins are even not a currency in Curacao.

Practically, they let you bet 5 "apples" and you won 100 apples. Now they deny to give you your 100 apples without any legitimate reason!

If you are unable to withdraw it doesn't mean you cannot get your money. Instead of risking a thousand bucks, you should better wait for their answer and then see what to do next.. This is what I would do, now it is only your choice. Calm down and think about it: would you prefer spending a week trying to get the $900 back or you prefer to risk losing it in seconds?

What are you talking about!?
I lost the money already! It has been a month now and they refused to give me my withdrawal even after following their rules and submitting i.d for indentification purposes so they can allow me to take it out of there. But then they brought up even more hoops for me to jump through after getting that passport and proof of address from me. And they still denied my request for withdrawal. So I bet it all just to not have to talk to their annoying security team and their hopeless support people that could not even even see that I was in the right.
And gamesprotect you are right they don't see it as currency so they can get away with murder that way in stealing from their players and knowing they can get away with it because they know we have baseless cases against them for their juristdiction will be in their favor if ever brought to a court of law.
And on another thread you explained win 10 machine being seen from logging into their site with the same ip address. So what. Everbody uses win10 operating system or chrome if were all using new laptops and tablets. That has no merit to lock a users account from withdrawing.
What if we all bet on directbet.eu with them instead. They would not block any user accounts because of this. This is just ridculous way to scam people from their winnings at these two bit casinos.

And this game-protect:
https://www.bitcoingg.com/using-bitcoin-highlights-anonymity-transparency/

They do not have a right to demand any kyc or aml information from their gamblers if fiat is not exchanged before sending the winnings of the bitcoins won at the bitcoin sites.

Some class action lawsuit should happen against this triple-threat gambling casino organization.

Definetely, but for your 1 BTC embezzled, it is not worth the costs. This is one reason why an online gaming consumer protection service is required. Wink

But there is currently a court case against their licensor Curacao eGaming and if this case will be successful, then you can add your claim, because their licensor is liable for the misbehaviour of shady sportsbet.io. Please keep your screenshots and email conversations stored as proof.

Wow, that is a big win, congratulations. Everyone will be really wanting to withdraw that, its a big win for crying out loud! And if we cant, it really is frustrating. Though it actually happened to me also but in my case it is just their least or the lowest bitcoin you can withdraw, i think it is .001. I cant withdraw it so I am really really frustrated and ended up losing it. So what I can tell you is dont do what i did and bro please be calm. I know the feeling but you must be really calm and patient, that is yours and yours alone.

Well if you didn't do anything wrong, then I think there is no reason for them to keep your coins blocked, and everything should be solved in the future. So I guess you should treat those coins as you normally would. I don't think that betting all of it like that would be a good option, because until your problem is settled, those are still your coins and you will probably be able to withdraw them.

So my suggestion is that you should slow down, and keep betting as you normally would.

i did withdraw more than 1 bitcoin at once several times from sportsbet.io , last time i have cashed out 900mbtc and never face a weird problem like this , AFAIK for those people who deposit and gamble more than 10 bitcoin at once there , they are entitled to ask their player a KYC procedure due some security reasons which i personally understand about it.

I'm in 400,000 euros debt , dont help me , i rather die

What sportbet.io has done is similiar to the following:

You give a credit to a debtor and when you want the credit back, the debtor suddenly says: "No, first you have to prove your identity!"

Crazy, isn't it?

In such a situation, I would also advise to keep calm and wait for a support solution. If the service is a serious business, then one time or another they will solve the problem. This is a significant amount of Bitcoin, and it would be very risky to play with all this, in my opinion.

I think it will be need of support due to manually withdraw and checking the background and sportsbet its already happen before when someone win above 1 btc and withdraw it and get the same issue but its solve with the support just verifying that no fraud happen in the bets.
And i think its should be fix right now or any update about this issue?

Make crypto as your bank.
