Hi, Thank you for approving btcpals>com we appreciate being in the early stages of what looks to be a GREAT concept.   So far we have already seen increased traffic and all we did up to now is add ourselves to the directory.

Here is my current stumbling block :
I am ready to add my written work into a fresh news feed however,  I really want to use the Wordpress sub that bungeebones has offered- with plugin already enabled.   ::)I can't remember the password I JUST created yesterday to login to bungeebones and the reset password button appears functional but ... nothing comes to my email.

Help?

Thank you

Can it be used on mobile sites?I have one where I am currently using pop up ads to monetize.

I would look forward to your input and collaboration on this topic as there are at least two issues with potential need to be optimized this for mobiles

1) I am planning to develop an app for a Yellow Pages type display for mobiles. My idea is to have some simple configurations to establish a default setting to provide regional filtering of results when the page loads. If I am looking for restaurants, for example, I wouldn't want to get listings for restaurants across the world when I go to that category. For the end user, the results need to be filtered to their location (on a mobile). That is not as likely to be as important when looking at the web directory on a desktop or laptop.

2) Registering a website to advertise in it wouldn't be something alot of people would do from a mobile (I don't think? ) so I don't think the forms for registering and adding a website need to be optimized for mobile (but I could be wrong). For the time being, at least, it would probably be best to expect most users to do that on a larger screen.

So we definitely want to get this working great on mobiles for the end user in order that they can easily find the businesses that are advertising in the system. That is the whole point of advertising, after all. With more searches on mobile being done than ever before it is an urgent priority.

As for the websites and businesses wanting to advertise, I think they will be fine registering and managing their accounts with laptops or desktops.

The other issue is for those that want to focus on the selling and income side of this (i.e. the Bitcoin earning side). That chain of events starts by getting advertisers to register and advertise their websites (for free to start). If I was wanting to register a business associate of my own to get them to advertise in the network and/or add the API and become a member and I know they would have all the problems listed dealing with doing that on a phone I would want to get them to register on a large screen.

The mani thing with mobile that I coded into the bidding and the buying of positions for ads is that advertisers will be able to pick their position not only in a category display but also where it will display after multiple regional filtering. If I am a real estate broker, for example, and want to be number 1 in the real estate category on a global level then there will be a lot more competition than if I want to be number one after filtering result to some small town. Those small market advertisers should be able to advertise for free (or very cheap) for a long time. Those that want to advertise on a global level will have to bid higher as the number of listings grow and competition increases. The increased fees also increase the commissions to the website operators where they registered at each step of the way though.

Help?

Thank you

You know you also have the option to install the script right on your site at btcpals>com too if you want (in addition to operating a sub-domain blog at bungeebones.com). If you wanted to try installing one on your site I could do the basic coding of the page, email it to you, and you try installing it to complete the process. Basically I will make a page template from your existing site and insert the script and send it to you. You upload the page to you site and see if it all looks ok. If so, link to it. If not, let me know and maybe I can fix it remotely (maybe not).

But, you can, in addition, still get a sub-domain blog not only at Bungeebones.com but also at blog4Bitcoin.club and a few others. Just go to either and/or both their "Earn Income" pages and click the first option to "1a) Get a blog in this WordPress MultiSite". Use the same email that you used to register and the script will put the blog and your website under the same bungeebones user account. The blog and bungeebones are separate login scripts that key off the email address. Use the same email but you can use different passwords for each if you want. If you go to one of the other blogs, same idea - use the same email but the password can be the same or different.

That gets us to working on getting you to be able to login. You might be confusing the login areas between the members area and the blogs (easy to do - it can be confusing). Try going to http://bungeebones.com/members and click the "I forgot my password" link on the right side.

Is it possible to specify or obtain an average amount of satoshis that is earned? I'm opening a sales site, since then been looking for ways to earn with ads, I also know that it will depend on the traffic, is really rewarding?

Not on a micro scale, only in a general sense. All I can do is share the vision of where I see the money is. And since this is still in startup mode, I'm in the same boat as everyone else and waiting for it to reach critical mass.

Here is where the money will come from (on a macro scale). This link  w3techs.com/technologies/overview/advertising/all show pitiful the usage of advertising networks by websites is.

Despite attempts by all the major players to entice website operators to "recycle" their web traffic, it seems most (80%) don't want to, I guess, for a lot of reasons.

So one difference of our business model is the idea to pool their web traffic - sort of like how mining pools work. In this case, though, we are pooling to build the actual product. Granted, every site can sell their own web traffic independently but it just usually isn't worth the effort of either the web site operator nor the advertising buyer to mess with it.

The next difference is in the area of marketing where the product is made available to a network to market it (like what the Multiple Listing Service (mls) in real estate does). So this is the point where your own web traffic levels play the biggest factor in your earnings. We supply the script, it displays our advertisers, it gets them visitors, but you only earn money if you sell our product which is??? .... the web traffic that the pool is generating.

Now if we can somehow also provide you the long-term rewards of helping to capture that 80% untapped market then that will become an income stream much, much bigger than what your sales alone would accomplish. Conceivably, one website alone could, in theory, capture just 1% of the websites and become the number two ad network behind Amazon. I think our smart contract built into the commission system accomplishes this.

You will need help, though, to acquire even one percent and our business model hopefully provides that in the form of our script AND in the ability to offer the same business model to all the websites that buy advertising from you. In other words, if they add the script too, increase the web traffic we all have to sell, then we have a tool to increase our own sales and earnings and recruitment.

Bitcoin plays a major role because advertising is mainly a product for businesses so we will be providing a business product denominated in Bitcoin to merchants that will be steadily growing in Bitcoin participation and earnings. The blockchain can provide the accounting we need to keep it all honest

Very interesting out-of-the-box website package! Are users able to customize the scripts and modules, or are they not changeable?

I put some default pages up as demos but each blog is pretty much there to do with as you like (no porn or gambling sites, no hate sites yada yada yada).

Each of those default pages have sections in red text designed to inform, then to be deleted.

Most important (to me) is a group of pages that the Bitcoin earning script has at its top menu. I call them "endorsement" pages and I hope very much that users change them and make them more personal, like a referral of the system.

Themes and plugins are on a case by case basis. It there is a particular them you want or a plugin just let me know and I'll take a look.

Basically, anything that will help you get traffic and that will make your blog more successful will help both of us. You want to try a different marketting appraoach? Yes, definitely go for it and give it a try.

Great concept!  I have earned next to nothing over the years with the google ads or amazon affiliate program and have given up a few times even though I had many viewers and followers.  I would be interested in re-starting some of my blogs if I can earn bitcoin.  I am always looking for interesting ways to earn bitcoin!  One question - does my blog have to be about bitcoin or is it any type of content to participate?

I love Bitcoin

Hi Lisa,

I'm not understanding your question. You wouldn't switch a Bitcoin account to a blog? We use Bitcoin as the payment method and you would receive your Bitcoin commissions to your own wallet.

Don't feel bad about earning nothing with Google or Amazon. This report shows more than 80% don't want to have anything to do with the current corporate business model. w3techs.com/technologies/overview/advertising/all

Personally, while the web advertising part of this idea looks great, I really think I'm onto something that will be great for Bitcoin too in the way I am building the business 'container'.

Bitcoin, to me, is just too awesome to 'pollute' by placing it into the "corporation" system. Bitcoin exists without state permission but corporations exist ONLY with state permission.

There is an ownership system that goes all the way back to Common Law known as a "trust". While it can share many characteristics of corporations, they are essentially contracts. So, connecting the dots between the idea of "smart contracts" (made possible by the blockchain and Bitcoin) and the "contract" side of trusts, I'm working on making the ownership container a trust whereby those that use the script are the beneficiaries of the trust. The trustee's responsibility is, then, to them and consists primarily of protecting and preserving the operation of the contract (within the code) for their benefit. As we learned with the DAO, there is extreme difficulty in coding "fairness" and "equity". The trust arrangement has centuries of legal precedents that provides that the trustee MUST always operate for the benefit of the beneficiaries. So, in our organization, if the trustee ever breaches that responsibility then the beneficiaries have well established legal remedies they can pursue.

So, in our trust, the trustee (or even a board of trustees) will be working for the benefit of those that contribute  (or invest) their traffic through the trust which is much different than the board of Google or Amazon who are required by law to work for the benefit of the stockholders. The website operator (in their model) is merely a customer to them. Yes, they need to be fair and honest but they don't have to provide ownership rights or long-term benefits like we are pursuing.

Let me know if you need help installing it or (I hope not) if you come across a bug. That's what I need the most help with right now. I need people to get their hands dirty installing it, talking to the friends about it, getting their friends to get a blog or install it etc. Hopefully it will become as easy a presentation to just say something like "Install this plugin and earn Bitcoin". I like to get into the weeds to explain it but it needs to be presented in an easy to understand way to help get Bitcoin into more people's hands.
