lithium ico isn't escrowed. the dev holds all BTC BTC BTC and has not released a source code plus has not introduced a dev team. if has none, then hasn't introduced himself properly so you can't tie his alias to an actual identified core developer of lithium.

so when i got to this post, i was alarmed all the more. you have a point with the logos. if they are 2 different persons then i hope the lithium dev gets his act straight and shows that his project is legit and he's a trustworthy developer.
