I am not sure what OP is actually looking for but I don't think he's looking for Bitcointalk escrows.

I'd suggest Localbitcoins, I've never had an issue with them.

It's a platform where you can securely buy bitcoin using fiat using a blind auction and their escrow system.
I personally haven't tried them yet but so far they are a trusted service.
If you are lookin for a person and if that site is just a misuse of words try checkin that link that the above guy posted.

I would like to recommend Yassin, who has helped a great number of people safely trade coins, often when they are not yet on exchanges.

He is incredibly pleasant and always comes through promptly.

OP, you'll have to elaborate on your question if you want specific help. What are you trying to sell?

Escrow sites are more risky, as there aren't many well known sites around here. A google search brought up https://escrowmybits.com, however I cannot vouch for them.

I'd recommend a bitcointalk escrow, someone else posted a full list of them.

Out of the list, I'd recommend PsychoticBoy as he escrowed a trade for me with no problems, but look over them and see which one you think will be the best.
