I tryed to send some bitcoins to poloniex, the first came thru and the second and third not. The bitcoins came back (i have it in my wallet).
But now i´m not able to send anything always with this problem:

"Prev out is already spent DBOutput{outPoint=OutpointImpl{txIndex=206010621, txOutputN=1}, spending_outpoints=[OutpointImpl{txIndex=206021203, txOutputN=1}]}"

What shall i do? Pls help....

Referenced transactions:
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/206010621 [1]
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/206021203 [2]

https://blockchain.info/address/166aG53CnfQtR9es2rff6uAs5ygXokER7Q?filter=4

Transaction [2] is not valid.  It's basically trying to spend bitcoins from one valid transaction and another one which is actually a double spend attempt of the valid transaction, if that makes sense.

Blockchain.info messed up big time if they made that transaction.  You'll need to contact their support.  If they don't respond then import your private keys to some other wallet and send from there.
You'll need to follow this or this tutorial to get your private keys.  Note that the 2nd method requires you to use an external site and I can't vouch for them, so if you decide to use that one make sure you do all of it offline.

Edit:
I recommend to import your keys to electrum.

Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Nice tutorial there @Jhanzo I didn't expect that there's an existing of such instructions for importing private key of blockchain.info tho I didn't try this instructions because I'm not using blockchain wallet this days. This will really help others if this is still working.
Bookmarked this for future reference Cheesy

Ok but none of the transaction are pending or waiting somewhere. I have the doublespend back. The sent / transferred / all reports no queue or pending transactions.
I have all my bitcoins back in the wallet. And i just can´t send them anywhere.

You might not see any pending transaction but according to the error message you got, the pending invalid transaction with identical previous txout is the cause.
You can wait and hope that blockchain.info's nodes would just drop all those invalid transaction.  I'm not sure how blockchain.info do things but unconfirmed transactions usually gets dropped within 72 hours by nodes.
