I just created a bitcoin faucet and i would like to know whats next? In terms of
1 what advertising network do you advise a new faucet to sign
2 bitcoin faucets that i can submit my faucet to
3 what more can i do about the design.

Forgot to say about free hosting. It won't work... When some people start using this faucet, the site will become overloaded and stop working, so nobody will be able to claim the satoshis.

If OP really wants to invest on this project, the best to do in my opinion is to buy a domain with a decent traffic and rank already, this way it's possible to start with good ads networks from beginning, making a good profit. Sometimes there are people selling it here.

I believe using FaucetSystem micro payment system, as you are using, isn't good... This is the most basic micro payment system, and there are better options in the market, like FaucetHub.io, the most suggested at this moment.

You need to increase site traffic if you want to earn more. You also need to invest some money and get out off free hosting before you can actually make anything. Try to get your faucet listed on some popular rotators. Promote your faucet here. Convince people to list your faucet on their site.
Also beware of bots. Take precautions so that they don't dry out your faucet.

on the other hand, if you want to be successful, you need to do some extra, not only usual mainstream faucet script. some idea..

i think 90% of faucets are dying, because:
1) bots eating his satoshis
2) ad revenue < payout
3) wrong advertisement (ref commission increases the interest,but also the payouts)

if you want to be succesful, you need to invest REAL money and:
1) buy hosting + register a domain
2) have skills and idea for some good faucet / game (or hire some php programmer for extra cash)
3) wait 3-4 months to shoot up alexa ranking (needed for good ad services) - this period you must sponsor from your money and hope it will turn into profit..

If you want to create good faucet, firstly you have to get domain and hosting. Free hosting is bad idea for faucet as mentioned above.
1. Mostly ad networks don't accept faucets with free hostingFor new faucet a-ads is best. Later you will be able to use such networks Mellowads, Bitmedia, Coinzilla and others.
2. I can't understand exact meaning of your question. I can recommend to submit your faucet on most popular faucet lists/rotators like ifaucet, cryptoworl, bit.makejar and others.
3. Design is simple and good, you don't need to make serious changes.
