The old ATH of $1250 is a pretty huge psychological barrier to overcome.

There ain't no Revolution like a NEMolution.  The only solution is Bitcoin's dissolution! NEM!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Can we just sticky this? There is one every few days...

Nice Call and now we move on.  Grin

Except that the OP was being sarcastic, and actually denied the possibility of a large drop.
So far, Huobi and BTCChina are still MIA, while OKCoin dumped much harder than expected.
Is there some bearish news from China, like the two exchanges being in difficulty somehow?

Sometimes, if it looks too bullish, it's actually bearish

The bubble really seems over now. We can expect one or two more big dumps before people start panic selling and the whole thing crumbles down to 300-500 again.

Juup aaaand here we go again. Hold on to something guys, it's going to be a long way down.

There is basically no demand up to around $500. Anyone holding a few coins can cause complete market panic.

Not really that long way down when you have sold 50% of your holdings and you're riding for free. It is looking like we're going to tumble now, you maybe right for once Cheesy

Looks like OP prediction came true this time, but who knows if it's temporary/flash crash or not Roll Eyes
Crashed from $1166 to $980 in a minute guys.

Correction was imminent for quite a while, so in that regard, it's not coming as a surprise for me. I welcome this drop as it made me a good profit in such a short time. I personally hope that this volatility will remain active for the coming days. The more volatility, the better. For China it's important to maintain the 7000CNY barrier in the coming days. As long as that happens, then I am fairly confident that the price will go up again after a short break. The market needs this time out. Nothing goes only up in value without experiencing these level of corrections.

Every single time there is a little move, a post like this goes up. My response is always the same: look at a historical chart. Realize this is completely pedestrian in Bitcoin. If the price fell below $500 it should warrant the raise of an eyebrow, below $300 maybe you should look into the cause.

I've noticed it usually drops a lot faster than it rises. It now dropped $150 in an hour, while it took 4 days to go up by that amount.
I can only conclude panic sales on the way down are much stronger than people trying to jump the train on the way up.

A correction is expected with such a huge increase so quickly. Look at it as a good time to buy more Bitcoins.

Yeah bubble is definitely over now, but a drop to 300-500 seems a little too much at this point. I am expecting a crash to around 800s at most and if we are lucky the crash might not go below 900.

Price has dropped but I wouldn't call this big crash. It's the correction which is normal and expected in situation like this. Bitcoin was constantly climbing up very fast so this drop it's some kind of safety trigger, let's call it so, but I do think it will go bellow 800$ and after a while will start to pump again.
