Auto Wallet top up/exchange buy software?

I've seen one site so far which offers the ability to watch a wallet, and tie into your api of your exchange,
You sell one BTC it uses your exchange Fiat balance to buy 1 btc. etc.

Is anyone else working on this? the cost was pretty high for what to me seems like a pretty straight forward script/setup.

Yes i understand server space/security/etc...

But still, wondering.

This would be great for my ability to sell btc locally and not need to worry about cost fluctuations etc.

Well,too many confusions right here.You mean you have a watch only wallet on a third party site ? Dissolves the point of a "watch only wallet".Why not just keep the balance in your trading account instead ? Sorry I'm having troubles to understand the second part."Exchange Fiat Balance" ? How can you have fiat on an exchange?

Doesn't stop there,..Escrow,2FA,automation and it goes on..I could give you clarifications if you elaborate .

Sorry. Guess it made since in my brain.

I want a service which will watch my daily uss wallet.
And when i spend btc. It also has access to the buy api key of my exchange and will use the exchanges fiat balance to rebuy the btc i spent.
Ensuring the nunber of btc i own is always the same.
But lets me spend it?
