It appears we need a distributed mining exchange to make this work, where miners get fees.

No sure exactly how yet, but having mining pools that run software for a distributed exchange and you send money to pools to get coins.

I envisage they system to work as far as the information send out to be;
You Can trade on the unified/distributed software, a sort of endless torrent that has millions of seeds and has new information put in drawn down and average to give price may work

Torrents with large seeds appear to be the strongest form of sending mass information out

buying coins from mining pools directly. eh can't say that will help with liquidity issues

How does the exchange transfer USD or EUR from one person to another?

I am think at least the price feed end should be software/data the feeds into a torrent this makes ddos very hard, though mass leachers may be a problem

mining pools just seem the logical place to set up payment of fiat to

maybe pools good trust each other by XRP....
