I thought about something similar, but building an exchange is very hard. If you build the infrastructure why rent it??

That's a good question but this is also a good idea, I've been wondering about getting something set up in the UK but I'll have to do some research on it and find someone who can do math better than me too to help out, we do need more decentralised options so maybe this is the answer.

pricing model seems steep considering most exchanges charge 0.5-1% exchange fees. Bex.io fees are $99 a month + 1% of  Exchanges. Does that mean 1% of trades?
