it is funny that you never think about stuff like this until it is too late. although i have been thinking about this topic ever since bitcoin price went up. $1200+ right now.
and when my 2014 $200 investment has gone up 6 times that is when i start thinking about what will happen to all my encrypted keys that nobody else has the encryption key, it is not even written down.
I think its not too late for buying or securing your bitcoin for your family on longer years and i could really consider as a good inheritance when we are gone to this world and the best or wise thing to do is teach them gradually on how you do earn them because if you just give them those amounts will surely deplete  if would not be used wisely.

I like the idea. I think about making a documentary-style video about bitcoin, it's ups and downs and how to use it. I document everything so my business can be sustained. I have a multimedia company that supplies games and films with content necessary for production. I am turning my earnings in bitcoins by exchange.

I'm a Lawyer that sets this up for clients....

This can be quite complex, eg, how do you ensure the receiver even knows how to use BTC eg they end up putting the payment as the fee etc, or some how just delete the wallet, or else seed.

How do you stop Search Results intermediary just absconding with the BTC if you put it in some sort of trust, eg on trust for a child to reach an age of majority.

then there is tax minimization

and so on.....
