I will suggest to go to any freelancer site for asking the developers to create one for you if you do not get any person here to provide the clone to you. XBTFreelancer is also full of a number of developers where you will pay with Bitcoins to them.

There are instructions there.    You need a VPS with node installed.  If you can't handle that, then maintaining a gambling server is not quite the best idea.

An older version of bustabit was previously open source under the AGPL. The latest version includes nearly a year's worth of updates and is not open source, though a license can be purchased from Ryan for 2 BTC.

20$ to 30$ won't cover the price for an hour of work for a good programmer. Your best bet is to buy the licence from Ryan, because if someone agrees to do this for you for the price that you are offering (or for free you may say) it may plant a backdoor in the code.

Anyway, even if you get the code, you need to hire someone with programming skils to maintain the website, so maybe it's not such a good ideea to start a business that you don't have the knowledge to maintain.

Right words said only do business in which you are expert or atleast first gain the full knowledge after that start it. Before also some one tried to start the same project but he got loss due to not having full knowledge of the software and through whom it got developed had really backdoor and ruined the project. So it is good to take the license from Ryan so that he will support you fully with full details about the project.

You will need $200-$300 not $20-$30 noone will make you a website thst is going to make you money when they could just do it for themselves and the keep the website.

Don't be a copycat. Cloning a website is not recommended. You can build your own such idea and pay the developer accordingly. High profile developers have a pay rate of around $55 an hour so I would suggest that you should get relevant script from freelancer site.
