hello
some one tried to scam me in paxful
sent fake photos that he sent me neteller funds
although photos have very clear faults from scammer .... paxful team not responding more than 36 hours
what can i do ?

I take it the scammer wasn't successful then? You didn't lose any money?

Anyway, if you're wanting to report the scam attempt then there's nothing else you could do but keep contacting Paxful support.
Make sure you include all proofs as well as your previous conversations with the scammer.
Oh, have you given that person a neg rating? If not, then do so.

scam Incidents and have successfully put away a scammer.

For that, Paxful will be the only platform I will trade on.

For that, Paxful will be the only platform I will trade on.


humm my paxful account was hacked a few months ago and I contacted support to block my account and support said they had blocked my account

To my surprise since last week I have received an email from paxful saying that someone logged in to my account and that if it was not I should contact the support, but what the hell is going on? Will they block or not block my account?

I will contact support again.

I'm telling my story so you do not trust their services so much, always be careful.

No, they will only block your account if someone unauthorized had accessed it.
Or they will block it if the location of access is different from your usual ones.

I haven't had much good experiences with Paxful. It's all a bit sketchy. All you can do is wait for their support team to respond. It does not feel good to be scammed Sad I hope it sorts out for you!

Umm He was blocked, not scammed actually.

With regards to scam, most unresolved Incidents haven't actually tried to talk support.

Most successful scams are users who fail to report and provide necessary Information like trade ID.

Paxful will be glad if you report these scammers. I had the same experience before and report it immediately. Paxful did not release my money. If you encountered again, Report it immediately to their customer support.
