By script do you mean PoW hashing algorithm, like sha256, scrypt, x11, etc?

I don't really understand what is point of this and your question is unclear. You mention script but script is algorithm itself. There is no best algorithm, I kinda expected this topic in mining section. That would made sense if you wanted to know what is best to mine atm
