Mt Gox Greater then 6 confirms.

I sent some coins to Mt Gox and have over 12 confirmations and BTCs aren't deposited. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm not sure what the confirmations are but it is a lot for mt.gox. I went to asleep and the bitcoins were deposited when I woke up.
