Why it is good for the buyer? This should be in bold in the first post. Can people post there anything? I think it should be moderated or something like that to have a rule that illegal things are not welcomed in coinmall. I saw an ad here in forum so I looked into that and the platform looks good. What new things are planned to be added?

Hey there,

The benefits for buyers are plentiful. Since we're a pseudonymous marketplace, there is zero risk of identity theft since we don't store or ask for any personal buyer information.
In addition to that, we offer an Escrow service as well as a seller/product feedback system, helping buyers stay safe during their purchases. The variety of sellers and products from across the globe is also attractive for buyers looking to purchase specific items.

Another feature worth mentioning is that we don't have a barrier to entry. Where other marketplaces are restricted to one or a handful of countries, CoinMall is globally accessible, as is Bitcoin. Thanks to this, anyone around the globe can either buy or sell without worrying about the payment processor or platform blocking/banning them, which has been the case in the past on other platforms and payment processors.

Anyone is allowed and able to sell anything, as long as it does not violate any laws. Every product has a 'report' button so users can report items which they deem illegal or disallowed, after which a moderator will look into the product and decide what course of action is best to take. There are no costs to start selling either.

There are many new features being added in the coming period, such as the completion of localization (multi-lang, helps buyers from different countries navigate the site easily) as well as many tools which will help new and existing sellers list their products and start selling.

I hope I answered all your questions. Should you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to post and I will do my best to try and answer them.

CoinMall's first month came to a close yesterday, and what a month it was!

We have had 14000 unique visits, ~400 sign ups and 88 different products listed.
Lots of work has been done this month, such as finalizing our localization infrastructure as well as crucial back-end payment processing code.

For more statistics, feature implementations, code changes and our focus for the coming month, feel free to visit our blog post here.

Kind regards,
The CoinMall Team.

The thread where the domain is being sold is almost three years old so I don't see what's the problem here as OP probably bought it from the guy or It expired ,  for the sales then I doubt It's fake because the service got advertised on the forum ad slots and that bring a lot of traffic. If there is zero sales on the categories then It could be simply because the items are no longer listed.

Hi there,

The sales amount indeed show 0 sales for all listings, this is a minor bug we are working on (it has already been resolved in our dev environment). Rest assured the 15 made purchases are authentic.
The thread you're referring to was made in July 2014 whereas we launched in January 2017, it's purely coincidental someone registered the domain prior to us.

Feel free to ask any other questions or make any suggestions should you have any Smiley

How does the escrow system work? I sold a item on there being a test dummy, and haven't received any emails from Coinmall, and cannot instruct the buyer on how to release the escrow. I receive no notifications on the status of the item or payments received/held/released, ect.

Its been over 2hours with over 6+ confirmations since the 2hr mark I started. No emails, support was contacted as soon as I recieved notification that payment had been made and 3+ confirmations received.  Buyer states they have no control over the escrow, and have no way to release funds. I have no notification of any item sold, nor any payments been made (like Bitify/Cryptothrift) and it is now safe to ship the item/mark paid. The system is not automated, and now I guess were waiting on "Coinmall" to verify transaction and release escrow.

Constructive Feedback ******

If its not automated, 90% are NOT going to use your site. Nobody wants to wait on you or your "Employees" to verify/transact payments. Like papa said, weight is what broke the wagon down

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback. We have replied to you via e-mail, but here's a little more information which might give more insight.

It looks like a bug popped up which didn't make it able for buyers to release funds. This has been forwarded to the developer and will be resolved promptly.
Given that CoinMall is still in its MVP stage, not every aspect of the site functions ideally yet. We are however working hard on deploying as many improvements to the site as possible.

This includes a completely automated payment processor which doesn't require any interaction from our behalf. Given the sensitive nature of such a setup (we need to make sure everything is foolproof and no funds can be hacked), we decided to stick to manually processing payments until it has been completed.

Rest assured, however, that once CoinMall is out of its MVP stage it will be automated.

Feel free to let me know should you have additional feedback or suggestions.

Kind regards,
CoinMall Support.

I like the site very much. Yousef (Coinmall.io) was in contact with me very promptly and the issue was resolved without delay. Thanks again, and I hope your site exceeds expectations. Thanks again.

I just had a look at this site and it is nice. There are some good prices there. I can still see it is new due to lack of sellers but it really isn't that bad. A fair amount of sellers with all things considered. The site doesnt fit well on my tablets screen though everything is over sized. Its much to big then it should be.

Thank you for your replies.

We have noted all the feedback and are working on additional features and bug fixes.
Most of the bugs have been fixed in our developer environment and will be pushed shorty to the marketplace.

I will post here once that is the case.
