Kind of wondering why you can't do this for yourself?
Was going to respond to this yesterday but didn't know to much about the forum.
You can just register and do this yourself unless it is a questionable thing that you are trying to sell.

If I remember right you need to have an account at a particular level and you need to pay a fee for each sales thread, I think it is $50, and the thread needs to be reviewed by a moderator to get approval.

So the buyer should offer this amount if he wants someone to post a sales thread. But only if it gets approved which could take a week I would imagine. So escrow would be in need for this offer.

Seems that you don't understand how blackhatworld forum works. is not open to anyone to offer their services, or those that they are allowed, can easily in accordance with the rules
