you'll surely get a lot of interested writers. and your offer of 20$ per article is also can be attractive for writers. but before all of that I want to state something here..
I think you should escrow some funds first to make this offer more valid and valued. it is not only good for you but only in favor of yourself..

this thread was inactive almost a month. I don't think OP need any writers anymore. he may got what he wanted or he's no more interested to hire anyone.. he should at least update the thread about that. |

If you still need some articles, I can submit 14 in a week as you require. I can guarantee good articles for i have been writing some for bounties for the ICO in the forum. I'm new to Darknet but can definitely be learned in a matter of days. I somehow ask for an upfront half of the fee though if its not quite a big of a deal. We can certainly try to negotiate via PM and share our linkedin and facebook account just so we can guarantee ourselves and agree. PM me.
