I need to rent my rig for a year contract .
I can tell you i won't switch it off because thats my work thats what i do but how can i guarantee it for the one who will rent is there a way that he can pay me and i didn't recieve this payment until a year is over and at the same time he can't cancel this payment too,like a third trusted party you know what i mean. Any help with that?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Miningrigrentals and nicehash are not using contracts they are waste of time. I want to rent it for a year contract like cloud mining but for a very lower $/h/year

ask for escow here, but for long term escrow i'm not so sure it will work, you can try with sebastian forst
