Me too I don't gamble very often because I don't have enough time to make myself addicted in gambling. But I just gamble when I had enough time so I bet for dice games and sometimes with my favorite NBA teams. Well it is a true bad idea if you are going to gamble that way. And even you will gamble on a daily basis and in any part of the day but when the fund came from that bad move, your making yourself to be unreputable and untrusted by those people surrounds you. If you accidentally lose that amount, you are already dead.

I gamble at the end of the day after work so I can distress myself but I don't gamble too much money only a few dollars every session and I play about three to four times a week to limit my exposure. It's just entertainment anyway so that's my goal. I also sometimes bet on NBA games so that's what I do in the morning before work, and I secretly watch the games at work.
