very honestly i am addicted to gambling and i play gambling with routine. when i come back from my job, and take some rest, give time to my family and then at late evening i usually play gambling, at that time i most postponed all my activities except to gambling. i mostly continue to play gambling for 2 or 3 hours a day some time i continue it for 5 to 6 hours but very often. i have a limit for gambling some time i reach to that gambling very soon and so i stop gambling but still i continue to watch different games there and mostly spend my selected time there even not playing but just watching.

When you are able to schedule your gambling into evening, probably you are not yet addicted to gambling. Or it is too early to call yourself as addicted. As long as you will be keeping the habit of scheduling your gambling activities, I believe there will be no chances for you to get addicted.

What you said it is correct the technology improved lot we don't need to go home to play gambling in our system. Gambling should be a fun thing to do when the gambler is bored and is pretty much completed with every task that he needed to do within his/her day. I think that the people that gamble for the money usually find that they have wasted their life trying to make money on a system that does not work 100% and he/she missed the important things going on in their lives.

But what if that distraction did distract you while playing and you lost because of it? Then that would really be another matter. I remember one time, I was betting using a martin gale system on sports betting, I got distracted by my girlfriend and I was not able to wake up early enough to place my bet, good by 1 btc, at the time it was just a $100.

This is a good practice of gambling, I'm gambling the opposite way sometimes I do gamble every morning I wake up and tried to make some bucks. well you're right. and thiugh I agree with you, I think we would have better control iver ourselves if we have a plan ahead of our gambling. though not everyone, I think when you gamble on a whim you'd have a bigger chance to lose yourself in the process.
