Reducing ask to 1.5BTC

I tried to tell you! You are not going to get 1.5 BTC for this.

If you do, I'll eat a sock and donate $50 to Wikileaks.

I think my asking price is perfectly reasonable given what evidence I have of past sales.

Seen on this forum,

Sale for 2.8BTC @ ~$400/BTC
An offer of made of 2.6BTC @ ~$400/BTC
Sale for 1.4BTC @ ~$400/BTC
Sale for 1BTC @ ? (I can't seem to find when you sold your coin)

So I started the thread at the maximum bitcoin price it's sold for in the past, granted I was highballing in terms of USD but hey ho no harm trying. Many people claim to purely consider BTC value and not Fiat after all!

At 1.5BTC with BTC around $800/BTC the price is perfectly reasonable. It's on the lower side of previous BTC valuations and higher side of previous USD evaluations. I'm also throwing in the extra 1LTC coin!

So you may have to eat a sock sooner or later, I'm very patient haha

My sale was done privately, the buyer has posted in this thread and can reveal themselves if they wish.

You can charge whatever you want. But if someone (no brand new accs) buys this for 1.5 BTC and this is verifiable then I guess I will be eating a sock as I doubt its gonna happen.

Edited to add words.

Not that I want to get involved but I doubt the sales above 2BTC actually happened.  The 1.4 @400 sounds realistic.  I'd pay a bit more than that [in USD] for #2  Smiley

That said I think my offer of .55BTC is fair.  I assume you wouldn't be interested in an auction?

I'm considering an auction. But I'd probably start the floor fairly high as I genuinely quite like this coin (along with it's box).

Hmm.

Lowering the asking price to 1.25BTC for the set of two coins with boxes!

If this is too rich for you and you are interested in the coins make me an offer.

Definitely priced to move now.  If someone was looking to pick one of these up, the price is right!

If you go to a raffle there should be a decent amount of interest since these don't show up for sale often.   Cool

Could you take a pic of the item with your name on a piece of paper?

Just in case, I see the pics you have used in the OP are from someone else:

http://imgur.com/a/PZbWH

The above for instance is from April 14 not sure which year.

Not saying you don't have it just would be nice to have current actual pics of the item.

No problem, that "someone else" is in fact me from when I tried to sell it briefly on this forum earlier this year. These coins really don't come up too often folks! Photo to come in a minute.

For some bizarre reason imgur really didn't want to accept my upload of this image  Huh
