I hadn't used my Blockchain wallet in a few weeks then suddenly my second factor authentication goes off. It's been doing it once per night. There is no way they got my identifer from me/my computer, so I suspect some bot is guessing identifiers and trying to login. They do it only once per identifier to avoid a lockout. Hopefully the identifiers weren't obtained from a partial hack of Blockchain.info .

I noticed a couple of recent threads with people complaining about their Blockchain wallet getting emptied. I think they need to monitor login attempts for unusual activity. Not really happy about this.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Did you report details of what you've seen to their customer service? Without evidence that shows some kind of pattern, it would be harder (to say the least) for them to track and attempt to resolve the problem, if that's actually what is going on.
