Alright, I got the account. I'm able to log in to mojang/minecraft websites. I downloaded the client and downloade the game with the account and succesfull authenticate to official servers. Changing the password is also possible.

But can you change the email as changing the password is pointless if the original owner has email access.

All the details could be changed in the account I received. I can confirm that email can be changed easily too. OP was kind enough to help me with the details but anyone with a little experience on mojang accounts could do this easily on his own.
