Recently, i've saw many threads regarding PayPal limited accounts and how to even withdraw money at all from Paypal if you don't have a bank account, so I've decided to make this guide to help all of you in this (not so difficult) journey!
1- Register at Payoneer with
here and after you deposit $100 or more in your account, both of us will get USD $25 for FREE. If you don't wish to get free money, you can register
here . It's very important to fill the sign-up form with your real information as you might qualify for a free plastic card (Like i did). It's not necessary for the account name to match your PayPal account's name
2- After having signed-up, you'll have to wait around 1-3 hours for a confirmation email of Payoneer that your account has been approved.
3- Go
here , this section is called "Global Payment Service", this is how it looks like:
So all you have to do at this point is upload your ID, get approved and link the bank details to your paypal.
IMP: Make sure your PayPal balance is in USD, otherwise this won't work!
4- Once you linked the bank details to your account, you'll have to wait for 1-2 days until PayPal makes two small deposits to your account, such as this ones:
Once you received the funds, go to your PayPal account, click on the bank account logo, and it'll ask you to confirm both amounts deposited, go ahead and do that.
6- Finally, after all the waiting and sweating, you can now ask paypal to withdraw the funds to your bank account
7- After a few days, here's the proof:
8- A week later, i've received my Payoneer debit plastic card for FREE.
NOTE: Old Payoneer bank accounts (Bank of America) have been blocked by Paypal and were not working.This is New bank account and will work on Paypal
