I want to transfer some btc to my Armory client, but I bought them on the exchange so my identity can easily be linked to them.

I also want to transfer btc to my Armory that I bought anonymously via localbitcoins.

And later on I don't want anyone to be able to link both addresses to my identity, but it's ok they link my name to the address with coins from the exchange (as I don't want to pass them through a mixer constantly).

Can I just generate new btc addresses out of Armory, and send them the coins from the exchange to one address, and the anonymous coins to another (and just make sure never to transact between them)?

Or can generated addresses be linked together by other people, ie: addresses that are generated through Armory can be traced back to the same uberaddress or something?

(I made sure my armory itself is anonymous, by connecting bitcoinq via tor, as well as connecting my internet via VPN payed with anonymous coins.)

They can't be linked.

Thanks! Appreciate it.
