No, I had the account made when you could load Paypal Mycash cards to the account and withdraw the funds from a ATM. Since they quit letting buisness accounts add PPMC cards to them, the account has been dormant. Its about 2 years old, and can be reviewed if you put the funds in Bitify escrow so you and I both know we are safe. I give you the login info while your funds are in escrow, and you check it out. If you decide you do not want the account, I can simply change the password to it and cancel your escrow and you can get your coins back. Fairly simple.
