Interest for a new ChildBoard on Technical Analysis?

I haven't found where topics on technical analysis of the markets are located. If they aren't located anywhere in particular, could there be interest for a Child Board dedicated to Technical Analysis under {Economy} > {Marketplace} ?

As of this point (10:55 UTC on 20130412) the RSI (the relative strength index, which is not actually an index, but an indicator), has turned positive on the full range of horizons. Which means that we see some balance between buyers and sellers across the range of trading/investment perspectives again after the bubble burst.
