I am sorry, no your account is not valid collateral any more.  I would suggest you edit it to show your account is not being used as collateral, to prevent from someone red tagging you for this.  Your steam account also is not valid collateral because it can easily be recovered.  Collateral is something you can give to an escrow, in which it can not be recovered, and it is worth at least 120% of the value of the loan request.  Good luck.
