Member with higher ranking can get loan based on collateral. But I dont think that anyone will trust on new user even newbie to this forum to offer 0.3BTC loan amount as easily.
Because lending is a certain process which have to complete properly by both of parties.

If you want to ask for a loan why not use your main account for extra assurance for the lender and offer a collateral equal or more to the loan that you are asking, I've seen a lot of users using this way when asking for a loan. it won't help you get what you ask for if you keep hiding on your alt account just use your main account and offer a collateral equal or more to the loan you ask.
