I have looked at PayBis but they have very high fees (about 29%)
Also Cryptonit is very complicated regarding registration.
Virwox has high limits as well.

Withdraw funds to your linked bank account & then register at any exchange which works in your country.
Then deposit the money to your account in that exchange (the money which PayPal would have sent you as per your withdraw) & then buy btc on that exchange.

Simple & Easy!

then wait for 180 days for someone to send you BTC as PayPal can easily be reversed for up to next 180 days & you don't have enough trust on this forum for anyone to believe you.

As sardasa has already said. No one will trade with a new account that has no activity or trust rating as you are want to use a reversible payment method. If you want to wait 180 days then I think you will find a seller but I'd imagine you wouldn't want to wait that long.

I think there is other way that you can exchange your paypal use the vcc of netteller and refill and verified or connect your vcc to paypal account and widthdraw it after withdraw in your netteller vcc now you can withdraw in your netteller via bitcoins..
Thats it i hope it can help.. if you are just exchange here no one can gives you or dealing because of your trust standing and you are just newbie..

Try localbitcoins and get used to the high fee people charge for the reversible payment method. No one here will deal with you because of reasons already stated. Good luck.

We are just repeated and repeated the reason why they are not dealing with because you are just newbie even you are paying a large rate and not 1:1 they will never trust you.. much better to follow what i said above less fee than virwox..

Or get virtual credit card here .. https://unichange.me/debit_cards just found here in our forum.. and and verified after you had the virtualcreditcard connect it with your paypal and refill that you can withdraw in bitcoin perfect money and other supported withdrawal..

I wouldn't use neteller to trade for bitcoins because it is against their tos:
 (v) using NETELLER to facilitate the trade, exchange, purchase or sale of Bitcoins,

And based on their tos it is reersible but unlile paypal, neteller has terms in chargeback:

  6.12 Transactions are final and are not reversible save in the following circumstances and at our sole discretion:

and I think if you use it in trading for bitcoin which is against tos they will have to reverse the payment because it is state in their tos here:
6.12.3 where you are in breach of these Terms of Use.

i mean people buy and sell bitcoins they dont consume it anyways.if somebody bought it in the end the r going to sell it.

If I were you, I would just cash-out my PayPal funds and then buy bitcoins locally or in-person trade meetup with those cash.

I was going to suggest the same thing.  Localbitcoins is good because when you open up a trade, it will automatically be in escrow.  Another place you might want to try is Paxful.

No matter where you end up trading btc for PayPal, whether it is here or any place else, you will have to pay a premium, because you're new and paypal is reversible.

One way that might work, however, I would do more research:  buy something for someone with Paypal.  Once that trusted member has received the item, they release the bitcoin.  Again, just an idea.  I have never done this myself.
