This is typical scammer way to get you follow their way to not have to pay you after the transfer has been made. Paypal will ask you why you did it.
Post screens of the pm's where he ask you to do it or it did not happen.
If you haven't made a scam accusation then create one with all info on their including the paypal account they used and the name they have used. A fake name of course it is how scammers keep coming back here to use paypal to continue scamming.

I had no doubt. They usually spend a month building up their scam then after that month run for it and will come back with a new scam.
Trust me. I talked to this guy for 2 months so I know how he operates.
With his charge back scam with paypal. He wanted me to get someone to do that but I did not want to.
He said to pick the stupid ones. who don't ask alot of questions.

That delay was not because of me that delay was because of him

Way to high risk on paypal. I would use any service without the possibility to reverse the transaction. Otherwise you, the sender of the BTC, has a very high risk.
