It has nothing to do with feedback.. The guy literally made the account(whoever it was) then came here to buy btc from you for paypal. Who in their right mind would make this deal? This seriously seems fishy

@adroitful, well sometimes most of these people with fresh account (newbies) were directly from google due to the fact that this forum is search-engine friendly.

In this case, i see nothing wrong with selling a service or dealing with someone who has just created a new account.

May the follow was directed by google & he/she decided to sign-up on the forum. I've seen newbies with fresh account (0 activities) purchased my ebook - ebay millionaires while, most senior,hero ...member's are requesting for free vouch.

So, it depend's. sometimes this does not mean that an existing old time spammer created a new account.
