he does not have skrill.
held my money for long.
wasted my time.

my customer who am sending skrill to send me btc in $$$ dollars and i am refunding in dollars and he must send me back full btc dollar amount i sent him.

when my btc landed his wallet he sent out $93 to someone and then sent the rest to his exchange wallet.

this guy messed me up. i have police case already from my customer because of this.

i do not need him to pay damages.

i just want full payment of what i paid him. let me go and fix my issues with my customers.
Well I checked COINMAN1's wallet that received btc and the $93 that were sent out after 1 hour wan't done by COINMAN1, if you check the wallet only has 2 transactions and if the $93 were sent out by COINMAN1 then there would be a total of 3 transactions on the wallet, COINMAN1 uses an exchanger and once funds clear in your wallet with enough confirmations depending on the exchanger the funds are moved to you account automatically.

So from the look of things COINMAN1 didn't move any funds and now the issue that remains is that there should be proof provided of your communication prior to the BTC being sent, if COINMAN1 agreed to the btc being sent an hour before brazilcoins sent the btc and COINMAN1 wasn't able to complete the transaction and btc price dropped then COINMAN1 should be held liable for the entire amount in USD, but if brazilcoins sent BTC without talking to COINMAN1 that day then brazilcoins you should take responsibility for not waiting for OP to come online before sending him the funds.

Immediately he dropped wallet I sent btc.
And then I messaged him my skrill details.

And our agreement was amount of btc dollars he received is what I will get in skrill.

So if he gets $598.5 he should sent me same amount in skrill.

If he is refunding, he should send me exact btc amount in dollar I sent him.

Remember I never forced him refund. Check my posts above I was still willing to take skrill but he doesn't have the skrill and that's why he choose to refund.

He never talked to me that he has any amount of skrill he just refunded btc.

He should refund full btc $$ amount I sent which landed in his wallet.
It would be easier if you took snapshots of your conversation or get someone trusted to view your messages and see the time difference, you guys need to come to an understanding because you keep going in circles and nothing is happening. Like I said in my previous message then $93 wasn't spent by COINMAN1 if he did it also means he spent the other 25BTC and that's not true, that's just an exchanger moving your funds to your account so you can spend them.

Zazarb Gave his opinion based on btc unit.

We did not agree btc unit.
Our agreement was what you get in btc dollar is what you sent to me in skrill.

All our discussion has been in Bitcoin dollar nor bitcoin unit.

Zazarb also said he can't be the judge because he is not aware of our agreement.

Our agreement is 1:1.

What you get in bitcoin $$$ is what you will send me in skrill.

If you will refund, please refund me the dollar value of btc you got.

This is my decision and its our agreement.

Bro your screenshot is one side.

Show both.

Show when you dropped wallet and when you got funds in your wallet.

Stop showing when I said I have sent btc.

Show other too.

You can also do the same, if you didn't quote you responses it would be best if you took all the screenshots and posted them here, then Zazarb will know all the information and he can help judge, asking the other party to do so won't make things go faster since he will decide to do it on his own time, so to expedite this take snapshots of your pm and upload them on imgur then post them here and call Zazarb to come a view them.

I just read the whole conversation. COINMAN1 & brazilcoins were agreed to $$$ Unit, so COINMAN1 must pay the exact amount that brazilcoins sent him regardless of BTC unit. Delay of COINMAN1 caused the loss, if COINMAN1 completed the deal in time, there wouldn't be any problem.

before going to offline you should drop him a message that, "I'm going offline" or something like that. you didn't tell him anything, just left your wallet address and went way.
And it's common sense that you are dealing for $ because $ is the only logical currency that you can trade with skrill. Don't tell me that you wanted to give him skrill BTC. -_-

Your dispute lasts for the second day. From what I see, the most logical solution, satisfying both sides, if COINMAN1 will send skrill fund what they agreed, and this should not be a problem now, because he states that trade  2000usd  skrill daily, so, it should have a sufficient amount and brazilicoins (via escrow)will return btc (amount what he received from COINMAN1)

This is the exact judgement.

We talked on rate 1:1

I have bought PayPal from him last year. We did 1:1. The amount of btc dollar is what he sent to me as he received.

We talked $1100 of btc to $1100 of skrill and its 1:1 rate.

We talked again of $370 and he said same rate 1:1.

Then I sent $598.5 for $598.5 skrill which us in $$$ value of 1:1.

He should refund me same dollar value amount of btc.

Coinman1 you owe me $62.1 pls balance me before I will escalate this issue.

Sorry like I said I'm a trader and my client who owns this funds reported me to police already.

I have paid my client everything back and gone to police to clear my name.

He coinman1 must refund me $62.1 which is balance remaining from what I sent him on agreed 1:1 dollar value.

He should have sent the skrill as at then I was ready to rake skrill. I gave him tow options, send Skrill or refund me. He went for refund.

So now what I need is for him to finish the refund and balance me $62.1 remaining.

Please check this screenshot here.
https://prnt.sc/ii82yn

I asked for $1100 btc to $1100 skrill.

This is dollar value and he agreed.

Then here
https://prnt.sc/ii82lo

I asked for $370 btc to Skrill he agreed and he referred to same rate which is 1:1.

So I sent him $598.5 which I have shown transaction I'd and screenshot in previous post here.

He refunded $537 which us less what I paid at 1:1 rate we agreed.

He owe me $62.1

He never mentioned any btc unit everything was $$$ value of btc.

What silly nonsense talk.
You have not paid what I sent.

We talked in bitcoin $$$ dollar value not unit value.

I sent $598.5 and you sent $537.

You owe me $61.2

I will surely escalate this issue if you Dont pay me.

I have been patient enough.
