My main complaint about ptc sites is the lack of advertisements to view. I'm not good at referring, and I don't participate in offer walls. It's a ptc site, be a ptc site, you want me to view ads, let me view ads, don't make me jump through hoops to do what you advertised to do.
How many ads do you have available to view right now, and what is the lowest you're paying per view of them? I understand that you're new, but I've been to sites that have been online for over a year and only have two ads for me to view, that's bull.

That is awesome, the chat can give good extra earnings if the person stay online showing some activity every 5 minutes or something like this.
I don't know if ads networks allow you to add their banners to PTC sites, if they don't, maybe there is a trick to use the banners at least on the chat page, increasing your income to pay users.

There are only a few ads, but it is around 2000+ satoshis which is good, but the direct referrals limit is only 10 for standard members. This will discourage users from promoting your site. A few bitcoin PTC sites have been launched lately, but none of them have a limit on direct referrals, yeah higher click rates and referral earnings for upgraded members is understandable.
