Buying bitcoin right now is not smart move. $900+ a piece is huge amount. You could loss your money when it drops. Usually $900 - $1000+ is the price people actually like to dump their btc. So buying right now is not suggested. Profit is not good if you buy at this price. You should buy some when the price is low.

Right now I think is not a good time to buy as you said OP, "The public bank of china, has already made their statement about how they want to make bitcoin more stable and less prone to scams in the exchanges." Because of china bank making bitcoin more stable, we will soon find the new bottom of bitcoin I think since they are just gonna work to make the price stable not to pump it so its not wise to buy now.

If ones plan is to make a regular earning with the buying and selling process continuously without any interruption then even $900 is a good price which seems an affordable price tag.
